SnagitHelper keeps asking me for access to my KeyChain

I have not used that app, but my reaction is: I would uninstall the app; there is no reason why an app needs access to your passwords to take a screenshot. Besides, you can take screenshots with a couple of key combinations within the OS (Command-Shift-4 is one of them). No need for a third party app especially if it is invasive.

I've had this happen with multiple apps, but especially with SnagItHelper and Affinity Photo. The only thing that resolved it was to upgrade to the latest versions of the apps that were giving me keychain trouble.

Interesting; I have the Affinity app and it's never asked me. Since I tend to not allow anything that I don't think essential or necessary, I'd still delete the app or send a note to the developer asking why it needs access to passwords.
