Apple TV showing twice in remote app
one of our Apple TVs is showing twice in the remote app, and it works with both but it is annoying. I’ve tried the suggestion to remove the devices under remote, but that doesn’t fix it

Try restarting both the affected Apple TV and the iPhone. Not sleep-wake, but really restart/off-on.
