Are you getting any particular error messages or diagnostics or misbehaviours? We can’t see what you can.
If you are having issues with a third-party app—there are several apps with names close to “Perfect Video”, and I’m not sure which you are using—best either check with the app vendor, or maybe try a different app that better meets your needs and expectations.

If an upload toma website is not functioning, check with the website maintainers.
With more detail about what you are encountering, somebody here might have a suggestion or an alternative.
