Seems like you are missing the black filter that goes over the speaker outlet.
Your Airpods pro are broken.

Can or be fixed or do I need to buy a replacement
AirPod pro 2nd generation.
Airpods don't have eartips.
If you meant Airpods Pro, since we aren't physically there and can't see them and what is happening there is no way for us to say.
