I didn't receive my purchase from ShowdownBingo

I didn’t get my 60 barrels on ShowdownBingo yesterday... I paid $2.99 and there’s no way to contact them I try to e-mail them about 10 times or more and it won’t go threw.. Can you please help me get in touch with them that I can get my 60 barrels?
