I can't sign into my FaceTime app. I have reset the password to my Apple ID and FaceTime app so that they match, but still can't log in. What are my options?

You may need to restart your Mac so that the reset info. is updated:
ie: Click the black apple in the top menu bar
Choose "Restart" from the drop-down menu.
Wait till Mac restarts.
Log back in to your Mac.

If needed: Maybe check you are signed in to your Mac with your Apple ID
