My daughter has locked her self out of her iPhone and she’s forgotten her passcode the phone has given her the option of erase can someone in please help me help her

Use the Erase option, or click here and follow the instructions. There isn't a way to recover the data from it.

You might want to talk to your daughter about the value of writing down important information.....like passcodes and passwords.....and keeping them in a safe place, so the next catastrophe can be avoided.
Hopefully, there is a current backup that you can use to restore the phone after it is erased.
