Can't download "album only" songs after I've purchased complete album

I was wondering why even though I bought this album, the first song isn't downloadable. I've tried to delete it and redownload it but it still says "album only" as shown in the photo. What plays when I hit the play button, it a minute and a half of the song and it's 3 minutes and 19 seconds. Please help me out here! I have way too much music to keep having this happen. Thank you in advance for the help.

Hey carmensandiego1989,

We'd be happy to help out. Sounds like you believe you purchased an album, but still unable to download a particular track because it's marked as Album Only.

Album Only means that a track on the iTunes Store cannot be purchased individually and must be acquired by purchasing an album. While there are some scenarios where album-only tracks are appropriate, Apple requests that all songs are made available for sale individually.

Apple also sells tracks and albums in a manner that we believe works best and in accordance with our business practices. As a result, we may elect to mark certain tracks as Album Only. Tracks that are over 10 minutes in length are marked Album Only on the iTunes Store unless the track has been defined as a Partial Album.
Tracks can be marked Album Only when:
• You do not have the rights to sell the song individually.
• You only have the rights to sell the track as part of an album. For example, on soundtracks or compilations.

These requests are evaluated by our editorial team on a case-by-case basis.

This is outlined further here: Music Pre-Releases

If you attempt to purchase the album or feel as though you already have and still seeing this occur, please reach out to iTunes Store support using this link: Get Support

We hope this helps out.

Take care!

See Hide and unhide music, movies, TV shows, audiobooks, and books - Apple Support and check for hidden purchases in the store. Occasionally, for reasons unknown, some tracks of a new purchase may be hidden from your purchase history. If you look in the store proper these show with the legend Purchased rather than Play or the price.
