iPhone 7
Phone keeps ringing after I answer the call. After ringing finally stops, I am not able to hear the caller and they can’t hear me. If I hard reboot, it will work for a short time.

Troubleshooting Continuous Rings:
Reset the iPhone:
One though would be to just set-up it your iPhone up anew, as if you were to sell it. The phone number would remain. A. Start here: If you can't Make or Receive Calls on your iPhone - Apple Support
B. Disable "Do Not Disturb":
Use Do Not Disturb on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support
No problem with the actual audio. The problem is that the ringer keeps ringing on an incoming call even after I pick up the call. It’s like part of the phone knows that I have answered and the other part doesn’t know I have answered.
