You have an iPhone 7 Plus and the only way that you can update your iPhone is either with the use of a computer or with the use of a Wi-Fi Network. You cannot use cellular data to update your iPhone 7 Plus.

You need an iPhone 12/13/14 AND 5G Cellular service to update your iPhone on cellular data.
