If you already have an Apple ID you should be fine, but if you don’t have, you should create it on another device with this link: https://appleid.apple.com/account (incl. on Android and Windows devices) and use it to sign in because this iPhone has been used to create many Apple ID’s and you can’t create a new one on it for a period of time.
