Sleep mode on watch
Hi, I just recently got the Apple Watch 8 when I put it in sleep mode it still lights up when I move my arm at night. My seven did not do this. How do I change it so that it won’t light up?

Go into your Sleep Schedule and do some sort of small change. For instance, change one of the times by one minute or one minute backwards then exit out.
It'll start working properly tonight and not only that, it'll start giving you your nightly temperature average (starts doing this after averaging for 5 nights). You just haven't noticed that temps isn't working yet.
Then... You can go back in and undo that minute change the following morning.
Another thing that you could do from the get go, delete the current sleep schedule and create a new one that was identical to the original.
Now you'll be able to sleep at night ;-)
