How to changed background color on displays

I have a 16" Macbook Pro M1 Pro connected to two external displays.

I recently upgraded to Ventura OS.

With that upgrade came "System Settings"

My background colors changed to blue.

I am finding no place to change this setting that existed prior to the upgrade.

Searching this forum revealed no answer.

Hoping for one...thanks!

thanks, but not the setting..

This sets the color for highlighting text, etc.

I just got it worked out while continuing to explore the wallpaper settings..

It seems in order to change the background color I had to click on the image choice and then the option appeared to change.

I had only selected the folder to change images every so often.
