No such thing as an Apple Watch 8 Ultra.
The Apple Watch series 8, and the Apple Watch Ultra (no number) are two different Apple Watch models.
The Apple Watch Series 8, comes in GPS-only and GPS+Cellular / Mobile versions.
The Apple Watch Ultra, comes only in the GPS+Cellular / mobile version. There is no GPS-only version.
