I hit something that enlarged (really big) everything on my phone screen and now I can’t get to settings to reduce the size and use my phone

Can anyone help me?

Double-tap the screen with THREE fingers. You can also scroll the screen with 3 fingers.

After it is back to normal go to Settings/Accessibility/Zoom and turn it off.
