Speaker and screen turns on and off while on a call and Calls do not activate speaker automatically when iPhone is not placed to ears

When I am getting a call/calling someone on my iPhone after 3 minutes of talking with my phone close to my ear the screen turns on and the speaker turns on and off. I have to get my phone away from my ear and bring him close again to turn the screen off again. I Have automatic select speaker for calls turned off and it doesn't even work when I have it turned on. Is it software problem?

Hello!

Thanks for the reply. I have updated my iPhone 11 to iOS 16. 3, but the problem is still there. I even reinstalled that new version. That didn't help. After everything I tried to do to fix it, I returned the phone to the store where I bought it. They accepted my complaint and sent it to Apple Authorized Service. Let's hope that they will solve that problem.

I forgot to mention that when the phone’s speaker randomly turns on and off while talking to someone through the ear speaker, the sound breaks down and I don’t hear anything for 3 seconds. This is repeated after 2 - 3 minutes cyclically.
