How can i always Bluetooth on Because my Ph Bluetooth is not on . Please help me

Leaving Bluetooth On:

Unless you tap Bluetooth to Off(so that it is greyed-out) in Settings, or it becomes deactivate on its own, it will not turn off. So, just let it sit.
