DoubleDown casino won’t load on iPad on hospital guest Wi-Fi

I’m on hospital guest Wi-Fi and DoubleDown casino says “failed to load” when I try to get on. Everything else on iPad works fine. Any help wouldn’t be appreciated. Thanks!

The Steam Link app's network test can be used to reproduce and measure latency inconsistencies. The issue is not dependent on a specific network setup, as users with different routers (Wi-Fi 6, 6E) have reported the same problem. Expected Behavior: The Wi-Fi connection should remain stable, with consistent low latency during game streaming. Changing the Wi-Fi channel should not be required as a temporary fix. App updating broken on 7th gen iPad since 18.3.2 Since iOS 18.3.2 the updating of apps is completely broken - i.e., the communication of the iPad with the Apple servers to find apps that have updates. Been broken for about 2 weeks. Problem observed: App store check for updated apps = "spinner" My account - select "Apps" = "spinner" App store - select "Arcade" = "cannot connect - retry" Impact to customer: Unable to update any apps nor check list of apps under my account. Hardware and software: iPad: 7th gen, 128GB (96GB free) iOS: 18.3.2 All iPad apps on the iPad work. WiFi works fine - tested multiple access points Actions taken: cold restart (numerous times) refreshed local router and cold started router and network interface signed out and back in to app store (numerous times) My other iPad Pro works just fine getting and updating apps. Both our iPhone 14s work 100% as well. It is ONLY this iPad 7th gen that the app store has a problem.

Given you are using their own LAN, you are likely using too much of their system resources. So, your game will not open.
