iphone losing power when overnight charging

My iPhone XR was at 80% when I went to bed, but when I get up in the morning the battery was dead. I have a wireless charger that I put the phone on all night. It seems to be draining the battery rather than charging it. Is this possible?

iphone 13 pro loses charge overnight I usually put my phone on charge overnight when it's below 50%. In the past couple of weeks it's been about 65% when I go to bed but when I get up it's completely dead. Any ideas why? I have updated all apps and software, closed all apps, and don't leave it on for music or anything at all for that matter. Thanks in advance for any answers.

iPhone 12 loses all power My iPhone has lost all power after being on a wireless charger overnight. It was almost full charge before this and this morning, it does not have any power, even after connecting it to a physical charger.

i've experienced that I had put it a bit off on the wireless charger and it did't charge so my batt was lower in the morning, never a draining situation though
