Apple watch - rings closing animation not working

Since last 1 year On my Iwatch I am not getting notification if I am completing my three rings... Move, Standing and Exercise

I was liking animation with spark but nowadyas it gone no animation and no notifcation what I have to do ??

Earlier I was able to see this beautiful animation please help me with settings or chnage...

Iwatch Series 3 and Iphone XR I am using.. both are having updated versions...

Check in the watch app on your phone,tap on Notifications and turn off "tap to

show full notification".Turning this off will also allow you to read messages and

other notifications on your watch without having to tap on them first.

Also check that wrist detection is turned on;

Settings/passcode/wrist detection

In Focus mode set to allow Fitness app notifications.
