Apple TV 4k causing intermittent power outages

After extensive troubleshooting and process of elimination;

I have discovered that my Apple 4k is the culprit in intermittent power sags or

brownouts, whichever term is most appropriate, here in my house. I have the

Apple TV 4k connected to my Onkyo receiver via high-speed HDMI cable; the

receiver plugged directly into a wall socket; the power cord of the Apple TV 4k

plugged into a power strip which is plugged into the same wall socket as the

receiver. What will happen is the A4K, receiver, a subwoofer power amp (which

is plugged into the same power strip), as well as the ceiling light in the room

my devices are in, the Master bedroom ceiling light, bathroom vanity light,

my modem/router AND my file server which are in the Master bedroom. Apparently,

they are all on the same circuitry. This has been going on for the better part

of last year up to now...as infrequent as a few times a day to as frequently as

7 times in a 15-minute span. They will all lose power and reboot at

the same time as the lights flicker. As I stated...after extensive troubleshooting

and process of elimination; I have discovered that the Apple 4k is the culprit.

When I disconnect the A4k from the mix, this all stops. I have kept it out of

the mix for hours with no issue; as soon as I reconnect the A4K, within 10-15

minutes, I experience the power issue I described. Wondering if any of you have

experienced anything like this.
