I need a copy of the invoice issued to a company

Hello,

I bought a MacBook Air recently, but I need the invoice of it. I received the receipt but it does not show the information of the company. How can I request that? I can't find a order number. In the receipt, I found a number which starts with an R but when I look the information in Order status, but it always say that the information does not match with the records.

I called to the store and they requested me the same information, I gave the same number and they told me that is not the number they expect.

I really need this urgent
