Problem with Logic backup on iCloud

Well, hello there! I'm backing up my Logic Pro projects (package) on iCloud. Inside the package there are some folders (undo data and freeze files) that are named .nosync, so if I upload them on iCloud and remove download these folders are removed, they disappear (they're not even on deleted files).

So, my first question is:

Is there a way so I can backup my projects without losing anything? (I did compress them and seemed to be solved, but that works ONLY if I uncompress outside iCloud drive).

And my second question:

Why? Why are these folders by default .nosync?
