Serious connectivity problem with iPhone 14 Pro and iOS 16.3

There is a VERY SERIOUS problem concerning the iPhone 14 Pro with iOS 16.3 operating system: the mobile enters a mode in which it appears to be connected to Wi-Fi regularly but the icons in the upper right corner indicate a 4G or 5G cellular connection. However, in these conditions, the mobile phone cannot connect to the Internet either with the cellular network or with Wi-Fi. This condition can last for a few seconds up to about a minute, then it "sees" the Wi-Fi network and connects to the Internet normally. Conversely, if you move away or turn off the Wi-Fi, it "sees" the cellular network and connects to the Internet without problems. This condition which, from here on, I will call "hybrid", appears occasionally without any reason and can happen even several times in an hour.

ATTENTION: I state that turning off the Wi-Fi, resetting the network, making the mobile forget the SSID, changing the DNS or any of the usual techniques that are suggested when you don't want to consider the possibility that the problem is the iPhone, do not work . After a while it happens again. I've tested it with different Wi-Fi networks at both 2.4GHz and 5GHz, and of course I've tested the network quality with other devices, including an old iPhone 7 and some Android phones. ALL other peripherals work perfectly with both Wi-Fi and mobile networks. The problem happens ONLY with the iPhone 14 Pro.

It seems that in hybrid mode the iPhone 14 Pro gets confused, that is, it connects to Wi-Fi, decides not to use it, but then fails to use the cellular network available for connection to the web. It might be, at least I hope, a software problem, because it would be really serious if it were a hardware problem given the cost of the device (over 1400 EUR), top of the range. I believe Apple should immediately take action to fix it.

By doing research on the net, I discovered that there are many iPhone 14 users who have had this problem, since the end of 2022.
