‘Never’ option gone

So this is weird and I feel like Apple is playing a joke on me. I used to have an iPhone 11 Pro Max and the ‘never‘ option on my screen auto-lock in settings (my wording is terrible sorry) just disappeared. I didn’t feel like I could do anything about it so whatever. Fast forward to me getting the iPhone 14 Pro Max. Immediately went to settings and saw that sweet sweet ‘never’ button. Well… it’s been like a week… it’s gone again. Why is it gone again?

Do you use this iPhone to access your employer’s network or email services? If so, they may have installed a profile that modifies certain options in order to enforce company security policy.

No, not to access my email. I’ve got my scheduling app on my phone and I had to jump thru hoop and download multiple apps to even get it. You’re probably on to something, though. I’ll delete and see if anything changes.
