Apple fitness missing 3 days of data

I have Apple Fitness for 16.1.2 and do not have an Apple Watch. Apple fitness is pulling data from my Garmin to close my outermost red ring and award me various goals and challenges. I have three days of data that is not showing up in apple fitness, but the workouts are there from Garmin. I would like this data to show so my rings can be closed and my move streak can continue.

Hey cb3121,

Since the issue started a few days ago, a restart may help. It refreshes the over all system which has been know to resolve some issues. To restarted, follow the steps below or in this article: Restart your iPhone.

1. Press and hold the side button until the power-off slider appears.
2. Drag the slider, then wait 30 seconds for your device to turn off. If your device is frozen or unresponsive, force restart your device.
3. To turn your device back on, press and hold the side button until you see the Apple logo.

If issue persists, make sure the Apple Fitness and Garmin apps are up-to-date. For steps on updating apps, click here: How to manually update apps on your Apple device.

Hope this helps. Take care.
