While recent models of iPad Air support the compatible models of the Apple Smart Keyboard - there isn’t an equivalent Apple Magic Keyboard for iPad.
If instead you refer to the standalone bluetooth Magic Keyboard, principally designed for Mac, these are compatible with all models of iPad. The sole exception is the Magic Keyboard that includes TouchID; this keyboard can only be used with a Mac computer.
