Why doesn't the charge level of AirPods Pro 2 case show in the widget?

My AirPods have the problem that it doesn't show the charge level of the case in the widget and only shows the charge of the case in the initial display when the AirPods are connected to the phone. And the other problem is that sometimes both AirPods are in my ears but in the widget It shows one of the AirPods charging.

The photo I uploaded shows that the charging of the case is not shown and both AirPods are not inside the case, but it shows one charging. And the problems were not solved by restarting the AirPods.
