Libre 2 Freestyle alarms
I recently got a new apple phone and it is running the new 16.2 software system. my low glucose alarms are not currently going off despite having the critical alerts turned on. Any suggestions?

Congratulations on your new iPhone. If the app is not working as expected, we advise that you restart the iPhone (Restart your iPhone - Apple Support) and update it to iOS 16.3 (Update your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support) which is the most recent iOS version as either of those may help with this behavior.
