I have updated my iPhone 13 pro to IOS 16.2 and after the update my screen turned green and after many attempts of restart and troubleshoot, the green didn't change. It hasn't been a year since I have bought it, does it come under apple limited warranty of screen replacement?

ios 16.3 is the latest version
How can i claim limited warranty due to software upgrade problem, I tried to visit the apple store in India, they told me that it is not covered in limited warranty. Problem due to software upgrade lead to damage the screen and I have to change the whole screen😢.
How can I contact apple customer care?
