I apologize. I was thinking of my health as measured on the Health app on my iPhone. It routinely provides me with detailed charts and graphs that I would see better, and spend more time with, if I had them on my Mac, at my desk. But thanks for trying to answer the ambiguously worded question.

The "health" of your Mac is expressed by the way it is operating. It is possible to see if there are some areas of potential problems, etc. by downloading and running the free app EtreCheckPro. When you run it be sure to allow full disk access. It will generate a comprehensive report of your Mac's operations and what apps are installed that are problematic. Another thing you can do is to open the Disk Utility app and run the First Aid check of your operating system.
