Hi, kindly help me to know the reasons behind the crashing and freezing of my iPad Air 3 (2020). I visited Apple Store and the assured me that the hardware has no issues at all as they did a troubleshooting process on my device. Despite this all, it keeps on happening with my iPad. I restored and got a it’s software reinstalled, still the issue continues to be there.

Probably not.
I mean if you used some really cheap knockoff there may have been something happen, but it’s not likely.
what is more likely is that your device is getting old. Your device came out in 2019. It’s just like when I experience issues with my Mini 4.
there could also be something inside going wrong. You can make an appointment at an Apple Store or authorized service provider but you may find that any repair(which would be a replacement with a refurbished model) may not be worth it as opposed to putting the money towards a newer model.
does it crash when you surf and email? Or are you playing a game or watching a video? Is it multiple apps or only one app?
It happens automatically, I even visited the authorized apple Center they checked by troubleshooting the device and found that there is no hardware issue at all. I got its software even reinstalled and they said it might be because of third-party apps.
I am frustrated to see this all happening in my device.
What are you doing when it crashes? If you’re playing a game or doing something that’s very processor intensive it could simply be that your device is underpowered for what you’re asking it to do.
It happens every time at any instance.
