I have a LG Oled 55” tv and Sky offers me 6 months free Apple TV which I can download on my Sony tv but not my LG. Just had frustrating live chat with Angela at LG Electronics in USA, she refused to accept this is LG problem. I’ve tried rebooting tv, switched off tv and router, reset Apple TV app on LG all to no avail, just get 1021 error. Sky been really good in trying to help .

What exact model and introduction year is that? E.g. the first 55" OLED from LG came out in 2012, which wouldn’t be supported. The list for LG goes back to select 2016 models, excluding all earlier models.

It should also have a descriptive part. Perhaps something like “An error has occurred loading this content”?
This can point to home network issues, app issues, or remote server issues.
