I have a series 5 watch and it leads me to support.apple.com/

watch-battery- with no help. How do I service my watches battery?

You schedule an appointment at your Apple Store Genius or you send your watch into Apple for Battery Service. You yourself, cannot service the battery in Apple Watch.
