I have been recently trying to earn the Lunar New Year 2023 workout challenge badge! I have definitely done multiple 20 plus workouts during this period! However, I haven’t received the badge yet! Has anyone else received it or is it one of those things where you will receive it at the end of the dated time frame?

No there should be no delay. I got it as soon as I had completed whatever the requirements were - I didn't even know about it til the badge showed up.

Best advice is
First force restart the Watch
i.e. press and hold both the side button and Digital Crown for at least 10 seconds, then release both buttons when you see the Apple logo.
Then, although it may seem irrelevant, while it is restarting Force Restart the paired iphone Force restart iPhone – Apple Support (UK)
If the badge does not appear wait a few days becausevthey can spontaneously appear and the next step us a pain,
it is still misbehaving... Unpair and set up again

and then
Set up your Apple Watch – Apple Support (UK)
You may also want to make sure the software on the watch and iphone are up to date.

Something really strange just happened. For some reason, after my old Apple Watch (first gen SE) was finished charging, it just showed up out of nowhere on my new/current Apple Watch (series 8)! That is bizarre, right? Is it possible if it hasn’t synced properly or something?
I have no idea what else to do! I literally did 2 20 plus minute workouts today, and I still didn’t get even though I still have time!
I read elsewhere that they can spontaneously reappear. Is why I hoped a restart would suffice.
