I have a Mac book pro 2013 and cannot upgrade my OS anymore. I have plenty of space but it shows no updates available. What can I do?
depending on which 2013 MBP, they can be upgraded to Catalina for the "early" 2013 models, and Big Sur for the "late" 2013 models.

OK. that Mac can be upgraded to Catalina, but no further. if you already have Catalina, that is it. and if you have an earlier macOS, then you can use the link in my first reply to find and download Catalina.
use Apple Menu > About This Mac to determine which Mac you have.

Hi did that and it turns out to be a late 2012 model. I cannot find any data online to see if that is upgradeable.
