I have a Mac book pro 2013 and cannot upgrade my OS anymore. I have plenty of space but it shows no updates available. What can I do?

depending on which 2013 MBP, they can be upgraded to Catalina for the "early" 2013 models, and Big Sur for the "late" 2013 models.

so with that information at hand, determine which macOS your machine is compatible with. if it can be upgraded, you can get the downloads for Catalina or Big Sur here > How to download macOS - Apple Support
