I can’t add card every time that I would like to add I have to learn more

Wondering just what kind of cards you would like to add.

Eg: The screenshot shows a different screen (rewards cards, store cards, etc.) than the screen for adding credit/ debit cards to wallet to use with Apple Pay.

If you want to use Apple Pay:

First: Check if Apple Pay is available in your country or region: and, if so, the Apple Pay participating banks

Next: Check if your device is compatible:

Also: Make sure that you are signed in (to your device) with your Apple ID:

Apple Support's article : Set up Apple Pay

Says:

"How to add a debit or credit card on your iPhone"

"In the Wallet app, tap the Add button  (+).

Tap Debit or Credit Card to add a new card,

or

Tap Previous Cards to add a card that you used previously.

Tap Continue.

Follow the steps on the screen to add a new card.

Verify your information with your bank or card issuer.

They might ask you to provide more information,

or to download an app before approving your card for use with Apple Pay."
