Airpods pro 2 incompatibility with Dji Mic in Iphone 13 pro

Hello, I just bought the Airpods pro 2 and Dji Mic for video conferencing outdoors with my customers via Iphone 13 pro. All three devices work great in their own but i realized that when connecting the Dji Mic directly into the lightning port, my iphone take it as a headphone mic, which leads into a problem because when connecting the airpods via bluetooth, the iphone gives priority to only one of them, like it doesn't make sense to have two headphones at the same time. This is the logic I think Apple decided to follow. It results into a problem because when connecting airpods, dji mic gets unconnected, and when replugging dji mic, airpods gets unconnected. U can still monitor audio coming from the dji transmitters in the receiver screen but the audio u actually get inside when the airpods are connected, is only coming from the airpods little mic. I tried several apps like the one coming with the Iphone for basic recordings, facetime, and Webex for video conferencing.. no way. However, it actually works properly in Filmic Pro, this is the only app I found, able to take the control over the Iphone itself by giving you the possibility to chose Dji Mic as an external microphone while monitoring with the airpods pro. Still not useful for me for video conferences.

Finally, I read another question about that specific issue here and also there is a video in youtube. Both explaining that the way to do that, is connecting the dji mic first and later the airpods pro, well, I don't know if something changed with in the lasts updates or what, but it is absolutely not working for me, as soon as I connect one the other totally disconnect and viceversa, whichever I plug first, which make my purchase useless for my purpose. Also I tried updating all of them but nothing changed.

I would be very thankful if u guys can lead me into a solution to get these great three devices working together properly as good fellas, otherwise I will return them.
