Apple watch wallet wont appear

My sons new apple watch se is not showing the apple wallet app, and its not showing the defalt card when you double click the side button. i sent him funds, and know he can only send them via text, not in stores.

if anyone finds out a solution please tell me. I may take him to the apple store

Apple wallet app not visible on watch Im trying to set up apple wallet on my nike apple watch and the icon isn’t on my watch at all. I have added a card on my apple watch app on my iphone however i can’t access anything on my watch as the wallet icon isn’t there at all. I have tried going to the app store on my watch however it won’t let me open the wallet app from there either. Double pressing the side button doesn’t bring my card up either. No passes or tickets saved in wallet My brand new Apple watch 9 will not allow me to put passes, tickets etc in the wallet. It will only accept credit cards and transit cards. I have been on the phone w Apple support several hours and gone to the store. No one can fix it. Am I the only one with this issue?
