Use AirPods AND speakers with Apple TV
I am hearing disabled, my wife is not. How can we use AirPods AND speakers or two pair of AirPods set very differently with Apple TV?

Headphones (earbuds) and regular speakers simultaneously is not supported through the Apple TV box itself.
Possibly there are select TVs or audio systems that allow room speakers and headphones at the same time? Maybe, but almost all devices seem to disable regular speakers when headphones are activated/in use.
Two sets of AirPods with individual volume are supported for Apple TV 4K.
