You need to contact the carrier your phone is currently locked to and ask them to unlock your phone.

The iPhone 13 and the iPhone 12 are not identical. Some non US carriers have been slow to add eSIM support, starting with the iphone 14 and adding support for earlier models in stages (IF they add support for earlier models at all).
Just because it works with your carrier on a US market iPhone 13 does not mean it will work with a US market iPhone 12.
You do realize that the phone you have was sold for use in the US market, correct?
It may not be compatible with eSIMs in Pakistan.
Use a regular NanoSIM instead.

Then call them back and escalate the call until you get someone with a clue.

Yes.Its in the list.and also my phone is sim unlocked.
I talked to them.They are saying nothing is wrong with your sim.Everything is fine..
Then there is no problem with my phone because they are saying that its your phone 's problem..
