If you have some sort of insurance plan on your AirPods, you'd want to check with whoever the provider is to see what your coverage includes.
If you're talking about an AppleCare+ extended warranty plan, it looks like that is not available for AirPods in Brazil. The AppleCare+ extended warranty plan is only available for Mac, iPad and Apple TV in that country.
