Apple Watch Series 8 Blood Oxygen App

Do you have to buy a subscription to use the Blood Oxygen feature on the Apple watch? I used it for the first week and now it asks for me to pay a fee to continue use? Am I missing something? Thank you

There is no charge, as far as I know. I have the Apple Watch 8 and do not pay a fee to use that feature. Can you reply with a screen shot of the message? Or take a photo with your iPhone and reply with that. The link below discusses the blood oxygen app. It does not mention a fee, although it does give a link to make sure the feature is available in your region.
