Apple one access to my private files in cloud?
I would try apple one family if I can use it easily without giving others access to my iCloud files. How does that work?

That's automatic. Every member of the family share the total space allocated to the account, but not individual files.
For example, if you have the 2TB plan and you add 200GB of files then the other members of the family see 1.8TB of space, but don't see your files (unless you opt to share them).
