Apple Music Adding Family Member (Verification Required)

Please i'm trying to add some people to my family subscription on apple music, when I go to Account>Manage Family>Add family member

it takes me to a "verification required" page where it asks me to verify that I am the family organiser by entering the security code (CVV) for my credit card used

I am the organiser, and i'm literally holding my card with me and putting the 3 digit code at the back (CVV) where it's asking me to and it keeps saying "Invalid Security Code"...please help me fix this I am frustrated.
