Apple TV keeps logging me out of Store

Hello there,

I use a separate login for iCloud and a different email address for Store.

Settings > User and Accounts > Default User

Annoyingly, tvOS keeps intermittently logging me out of the Store and whenever I want to use Apple Music, Movies, Apple TV I have to log back in. I’m on the latest version of the software and it’s been doing it for ages. It doesn’t matter how many times I add my password back in, tvOS kicks me out.

Does anybody have any ideas or solutions as to how to rectify this issue please?

"Sign in on Apple TV

To open Control Center, press and hold the TV button on the Siri Remote or Apple TV Remote.
Select Add User and follow the onscreen instructions.

If you use two-factor authentication on an Apple TV (2nd or 3rd generation), you might need to enter a verification code with your password. Learn how to get a verification code on your trusted device or sent to your trusted phone number."

If you use two-factor authentication and have confirmed the account sign in with your verification code, try restarting the Apple TV which can resolve temporary issues like this with signing in: Restart Apple TV - Apple Support
