Can‘t use Fitness app on iPad Pro

When I start the Fitness app on my iPad Pro (iPadOS 16.3), I get the error message


„Not available. Unable to access Fitness+ content at this time“.


At the same time, I have no problems to access Fitness+ on my iPhone. I deleted and reinstalled the Fitness app on my iPad multiple times but without any success in getting Fitness+ working on it.


Any ideas how to solve this?

It sounds like you're having trouble accessing Fitness+ on your iPad. We can help.


It doesn't look like there are any outages listed on the System Status page at the time of this reply, but it is possible there was something going on a few days ago when you first tried. Our recommendation is to try again, and if it still persists you can Contact Apple for support and service to report the issue.
