iPad - having issue logging in via Singpass

Hi,


Whenever I try to log into any GOV website using Singpass, the page pass thru and then it block off to end session immediately. Is anyone facing the same issue? Any solution ?

Hi Risan33,


We recommend that you try the steps in the link below since you're' having difficulty loading government websites on your iPad.


If Safari isn't loading websites or quits on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch


To perform the steps in the article we suggested above, click and open the link, read the subheadings below, and try each step.


1) Connect to a different network

2) Restart your device

3) Clear website data

4) Turn on JavaScript


We recommend the above steps because they will show you what to do if you can't load a website, webpage, or if Safari quits unexpectedly on your iPad.


If the issue continues and only affects a certain website or webpage, check if you have Private Relay turned on. You can temporarily turn off Private Relay in iCloud Settings. If Safari still doesn't load websites and you tried all of these steps, contact the website developer for more help.
