Apple Watch second hand
Is it possible to make the apple watch second hand stop on each second like an old-fashioned watch ticking? I don't need the sound, but it would be fun/nice to have it "tick" move.

Using any current Apple Watch face, no. And there is no way to change the faces. You may be able to find a watch face from a 3rd party app, which may do that, but I'm not aware of any.
