Troubleshooting “product has been replaced.”:

This device has been discounted by Apple due to it being serviced or returned. So, who is the seller? If not Apple, then contact them, asking for your money back. This is the site the seller should have used, prior to selling it to you: What to do Before you Sell, Give Away, or Trade In your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support. The seller should have known better. If purchased off of a Web site (i.e. eBay), then contact the site, seeing if the seller can be held accountable for this.

What device? Depending on the device type, Apple reserves the option to either repair or replace in kind a device sent in for service. The one returned should never be on the market again.

Please provide more of the full story on how you came to own this device including from whom you purchased it so we can better understand.

Again, our knowing what device is important because not all fall under the repair or replace system
